alignment problems

I need some help with this. i lifted my ranger 6 inches and my tires are towed out bad and no alignment shop can fix it they got the biggest bushings in it and its still bad.

any ideas tips or anything would be appreciated
 
Toed out? Toe isn't adjusted with the camber/caster bushings. Its adjusted with the tie rod sleeves.

Got some pictures of the front axle of the truck with the steering and everything? That would be a big help to see what is going on.

I think that you are talking about the camber and it sounds like you are saying you have a negative camber where the top of the tire is tilted inward. Most of the time you end up with a positive camber like i did and nothing a set of camber bushings cant fix. I Skyjacker drop brackets that have 2 mounting holes for your axle beams, I guess if you used the lower hole when your springs are meant for the upper hole it could tilt your axle beams in.


This was how bad the positive camber was and the new camber bushings needed to make them sit right

There's spacers under the coils they don't sag and I'm on the lowest hole on all my brackets they just don't wanna go on
 
The camber bushings go around the upper ball joint. If you look straight down on the upper ball joint, you will see what looks like a nut but the stud doesnt come directly the center. These are the camber bushings that control the angle in which the tire contacts the ground but the stock bushings are only offset enough to compensate for a 2" lift. A pair will run you about $60 but is worth it when you compare it to the cost of replacing larger tires every coupled months
 
Cambers are brand new they told me the biggest set they have are under it the tire is still 3 degrees out of line

Roll it back and forth and watch for camber change. If the toe in was set wrong it will camber in and out when rolling back and forward.

What lift are you using? It doesn't sound right that you can't get a 6" lift with all the right brackets aligned, I've got a 5.5" lift with 1" spacers and still was able to get it to factory settings using adjustable bushings and still enough room for another 1" of lift in the future.
It sounds like a 4" lift bracket set up with 6" coils, which would screw it up badly.
 
Yep, that's your problem. That's no different than doing 2 inch spacers on a stock truck. Its too much. Buy drop brackets for a 6 inch lift or remove the spacers.
Install adjustable bushings before trying anmyhting else first.
