alignment issue, what did i bend?

A lot of chain shops that do mostly tires and alignments do that here in the states. It's a marketing ploy. "Hey let us look your vehicle over for problems for free so we can charge you to fix them."

I'll have to see if anyone here does that. Highly doubt it though.

alright. had the tires off for a rotation today. snapped some pics of both sides at the same angle. well, almost the exact same angle lol. nothing looks different (bent) from side to side.)

did notice the upper control arm on the driver side has different bends in it that the passenger side, pics of that are below as well. is that something thats normal? or is that the issue. I know sometimes parts on both sides can look a tad different for various reasons, this may be the case but thought it was worth mentioning and asking.

ok, pictures of everything, things look normal.

you can see its straight, and only dips, or bends, really close to the ball joint

Drivers side (Bad side)

here you can see it bends a lot further away from the ball joint, but it doesnt look like a stress bend, if that makes sense

So I'm getting a severe shaking of the truck when I get any kind of speed going.

I'm thinking wheel bearing. Cannot think of anything else that cold be causing all these issues. Bearing seems to fit.

Bearing maybe, but if you never fixed the above problem, that that could do it at high speed.

Maybe if the local shop has parts on hand ask to see them and compare. If they match what you have then look at other things, if they're obviously different then it's time to replace... wheel bearings should be cheap anyway.

Their $125 on rockauto lol.

I've got a few things to do to it. Just want some insight before I waste money on useless parts.

Nothing seems loose or bad so I don't know. As far as I know its got origin upper control arms and ball joints so I'll do those anyways and go from there I guess.

Truck does have 215,000 kms on it so things are going to be wearing out.

The bottom arm, first picture of bad side, looks to be bent upward. Look at the way the paint peeled off. At least this is what my seeing eye dog is telling me :D
