Exxon sueing for $800 million? WTF? They have billions of dollars in assets and are number 1 on the Fortune 500 list. Does their greed know no bounds?

I guess it doesn't say they are suing us..

but here the article that talks about them "seeking" damages.

First to $4 a gallon? I dont think so. We've been paying $4.09 for regular for over a month now. I've been paying $4.49 for diesel for like 2 months.

Maybe for super. I'm talking regular like most folks use.
But I'll link my source just in case.

Personally, I thought the gas station down the road from me would be the first, we have been at 3.96 for three days now.

They're reporting a small leak up north again, which means another excuse to raise prices. Make sense to anybody?

I drive 120 miles a day right now, but I'm trying to get that down. Studs have to come off today too, I can't afford to swap so I'll have to spend an hour or two with a screwdriver and plyers tonight and partially ruin two good studded tires while prolonging the life of another two. I know we're feeling the pressure. I've been thinking about all the things the family and I (mostly I) have already had to change because of gas prices. Most of the easy stuff is already tapped into. Time to start dipping into area less comfortable. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with gas AND a crappy mortgage rate.

Edit. Just read the property taxes are increasing where I live too.
