My alarm went on the fritz... Remove the complete system and rewired the orginal wiring. The truck will turn over, but no fire or no fuel pump coming on. I have a 1994 Splash Ranger 4.0 automatic and fully loaded (all electric). Any Ideas as to where to start/test. Everything was running fine up until the alarm crashed on me.

I'd look at the relays on the passenger side of the engine bay. They are under the fuse box. IIRC the green on is fuel. The one that controls the [computer] ignition also has something to do with the green one, I think it's the brown one. If the brown isn't working then the green won't work either.
PS, as you may be able to tell, I'm kinda outta my element with electrical.
PPS, Welcome to TRS.
Good luck,

Richard
