Airbag light flashing code 12 I believe (video included)

Would the one blink then after a slight pause there is two more would this considered a code 12? If so what is my problem? After while it will just stay lit constantly. Thanks for the help all.

Welp, fix the error 12, blown fuse in fuse box in engine compartment, now I am getting a 52.
