AC Retrofit, 90 BII

I bought my 90BII back in 04 and the ac system didn't work, so I bought some ester oil, o-rings, fancy variable orifice valve, and freon and did the retrofit. It's been working fairly well, but I think it could do better, so I'm about to pull it all apart again, replace orifice tube, o-rings and flush the system. I don't think I let it vacuum down long enough the first time, and it may be overcharged with oil.

Got a few questions about the retrofit:

1. What's the proper amount of oil to add to a flushed system? What viscosity?
2. Is it advisable to use the variable orifice tubes (VOV)? Or does the standard tube work just as well? Standard is the red one, right?
3. What high side pressure should I shoot for with R134A?

Also, my compressor has decided to eat itself up. The rubber that bonds the center and outer part of the clutch has torn. (see pics) You can see a rusty powder covering the engine bay. I pulled it apart yesterday and they have very deep grooves cut into each side, so it's pretty much toast.

Does anyone know of a cheap place to purchase just the clutch? Or, anyone here have a dead compressor with a good clutch they want to get rid of?

Thanks for your help!
Kurt
