I thought I was having vacuum problems but turns out it's electrical... What would cause my engine to shut off soon as I touch the brake pedal? Also dies if I disconnect the sensor on front top of master cylinder. Any ideas?

That's not a sensor... It's a switch. It's purpose is to shut off the cruise control (not the engine).
