ok this process went very quick. atually 9 hrs from start to finish. aside from having to buy a tuner to get rid of pats probably one of the easiest swaps i have ever done. since the start to finish time was so short i didnt really have time to snap very many pics. alot of research was done on here and on the web and i can say that it went very smooth.
all in all it went well. truck was originally a 4cyl auto. used drivers side motor mount from explorer and made a pass side mount. tranny dropped rigt into factory crossmember. also no wires were cut in the making of this vehicle. i have been driving it for 2 weeks now and average 19mpg with the 4.10 gear that the origanal 7.5 had. just today switched to an 8.8 that has 3.55 gears. seams to run just as well but a lil lower cruising rpms. hoping to get at least 25 mpg out of it. i will post later on 3.55 mpg's as i need to get some miles on it to check
