The Haynes book should suffice.
They are probably almost all gates belts, they just print napa on them when napa buys a batch of them, they should be good.
Replacing the timing belt on a '99 2.5 is actually easier than replacing
the timing belt on an earlier "Lima" engine.
from 1976-1988 you actually had to time the accessory shaft that
drove the distributor.
Atleast on the 1989-up you only have to concern yourself with
the crank and cam.
the pulley that is in that position on your 1999 is only the drive pulley
for the timing belt driven oil pump.
what doesn't change is the necissity to remove the crankshaft pulley,
which requires a puller.
