98 3.0 trouble changing gears

its a manual 5-speed and it give you trouble to change the gears unless you push the clutch to the floor, and still i have trouble with the gearbox
 
So you have to push the clutch pedal in to shift? Sounds normal to me.
 
Of course you have to push the clutch in to shift what I'm saying that you really have to jam it to the floor to allow the gates to open so you can shift properly. If not it wont go in to the next gear
 
Have you tried bleeding the clutch? It sounds like it's not disengaging fully from the flywheel
 
With engine off try changing gears, if it is not "stiff" then it's the clutch, slave or master.
If it's "stiff" with engine off then it's in the trans.
