94 Explorer sas rear question

I have just completed my 44 front swap with 5.5" Wildhorse coils and swapping in a 9" rear as well. Here is my problem. I had a 4" lift and have 4" lift springs in the rear. So if I go SOA in the rear it will be way to big.
So would you guys run the 9" in a spring under and lift shackles or get some standard leafs and go SOA in the rear.Trying to stay budget but I didn't think this part out.
Any input would be greatly appreciated on what you would you do.

I went with F150 leafs in a spring over for the added ground clearance. Either way will be fine.

Thank you for the info. I might just go spring under as I have the shackles and the leafs already. a little lost ground clearance but not much.
