88 Ranger 7.5 to Exp 8.8 Swap

Was wondering if anyone had done this swap before? The swap is pretty straight forward but my question is about the E-brake hook-up. Will the e-brake cables hook up or do I need special cables or get the cables off the vehicle I'm getting the rear-end from. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

the axle will be an inch wider each side if you get newer then a 92.

buddy of mine just did, you will need correct size u-bolts, spring pad,(different size axle tubes). e-brake cable there is a write up here in tech library
