Consider your stock engine the same as an '89-90 DIS engine with the only difference being you have a TFI module and distributor instead of two coil packs and a DIS module, and the late '90-93ish is about the same except they don't have a MAP sensor and have a MAF sensor instead. Your turbo engine uses the MAP sensor as a barometric pressure sensor (just remove the hose, leave it where it was on the truck)

THIS PAGE to get some pinouts that will be helpful with what I'm giving you... I try to help instead of just tell people to search or go somewhere else (when I have time or knowledge)
Anyway, on there, look at the Ranger diagrams with the notes I made above about the only things that should be different, now compare that with the turbo diagrams and compare pin to pin and you will notice some differences (I found a fuel pump signal to the ECM going to the octane switch wire in mine, wondered why it pinged so bad at first

) There are a few wires that moved just a bit and some that aren't used. The main things you will want to add to your stock harness are the Vane Air Meter (VAM), knock sensor, and boost controller.
The forced induction forum would be a good place to search, there's some info in the stickies, been dead lately but I check in often to see if anyone needs help
