86 T-bird turbocoupe 94 ranger conversion

I am using the computer and wiring harness from a 1986 T-bird turbo coupe in my 94 ranger. How can I use a DIS module with that wiring harness? Can use power wire to the distributor module on T-bird to hook up to power input on the ranger's DIS module?
