I have the springs and I am ordering the rest of the parts. I have read a lot on this subject but one thing kind of bothers me, If the leaf is longer and you only move the front hanger, is the axle not moved from the original center and if that is the case what happen to the drive shaft?

The chevy main leaf spring center bolt is not in the same spot relative to the front hanger. The chevy leaf is 6" longer and the center pin is set back 6" from the front hanger.
