6" oval led lights on 94 ranger wiring issue

Ok so I thought I had it working right but it's not . The light that I have are the led optronic glolight stl111 surface mounts

Well I originally wired them up with the Hopkins 40215 trailer harness adapter that is plug and play . And ran the wires like a trailer . I get the parking light function to work which is this

But no brake light but 3rd does light up . Also just noticed that if the blinker is left to the on position and ignition is off completely. The brake light works . Do I have the right harness adapter ?

Edit . Do I just need a 3 to 2 universal trailer adapter ? This is my dd so any help would be awesome . I don't have any other tail options at this point

Edit 2 : or do I need a different turn signal switch from a 2 bulb setup ?

Well I'm going to try a 2000 up multifunction switch from the j/y . For now I wired up some led clearance marks . But it's not going to be permanent at all . I want them working with just the ovals .
