5r55e wiring issues

ok guys i wanted to know if this transmission wiring harness was compatible with my 2006 5r55e tranny it says for 95 and up but im just not sure?

I have a 99 explorer 4x4 4.0 and I just swaped atrans from another 99 and have some issues, I'm throwing every possible code. The only answer is wiring prob. So I swapped the old harness back in. I noticed on the large plug (passenger side by the bellhousing/block) that the pin patterns were different. Also one harness has plugs for downstream o2's and the other dont. So be extremely particular when choosng a harness, your better off findng one at the junkyard.
