Working on a 5.0 swap on my '94. I'm using a '97 explorer engine (p heads) and a '96 wiring harness. I have a SCT tuner. My plan is to remove the Auto trans functions, remove EGR, and remove the 2 rear O2 sensors.

Question: What do I do with the '94's 4.0 EVAP system?

Reassuring question: I am also removing the A/C, so I believe I only need 4 vaccum ports off of the upper manifold.

1- pcv, 1- brake booster, 1- fuel pressure regulator, and 1 for HVAC. I'll also leave myself at least 1 spare for future needs. Does this sound correct, or did I miss something?

Thanks guys!

This does sound correct. If your going to get a custom tune, you can delete the evap system...

I am getting a custom tune, I was hoping you could write one for me. When I get to that point?

I can, pm me on this...
