i have this 94 f150 5.0 with 5 speed and a bw tcase, my ranger is a 2.9 5speed. i wanted to know if anyone has used the cluch master for the range rfor the 5.0? if not ill have to go find my truck again in the junkyard.. please and thanks

I'm going to run the same thing... I'm going to try to use the ranger master with f150 slave. If I get mine together before you ill let you know how it goes

What's the bore and stroke on that F-150 slave? You have to have enough pushing from the master to move it the required distance. Lots of variation even in the Ranger master cylinders as far as bore, think the common stroke is 1". Some mount different, Teddyzee had some great comments/pictures on this subject.

If it doesn't work, buy a Ranger master from NAPA, 1989, one of the v6's... anyway, it has a 7/8" bore. stock on later years is 5/8" bore.
Yes, many years and engines used this master, but not all. I post these hints as reference. I've posted the actual part # recently if you give it a quick search.

ok well i ended up going back to the scrap yard and getting my f150 back lol so now i just need a f150 steering cloumn...
