4x4 problems please help

i have a 2007 ranger fx4 level 2 and it keps jumping in and out of gear and was just wondering if anyone has had this problem any help would me

Sounds like a synchronizer?

Trans or transfer case is jumping out of gear?

it keeps jumping in and out of 4x4 is there anything easy i can check before i start chucking parts at it

You can check to make sure the linkages are all tight under the truck. An 07 should still be under it's drive train warranty though. 4x4 system should be covered by that.

2007?? How many miles on it? That sounds like you need to take it to the dealer, Bro!!!

Yeah, if that bad boy has less than 60,000 miles Ford Warranty should cover your repairs. Get that bad boy to the dealership, let Ford pay for it.

i live in alberta canada and it has 90 000 km on it warratny was up to 60 000 kms
