I took the motor off my transfer case and I'm gonna replace with a shiftster, so is there a simple way of disabling the flashing 4x4 lights?
I'm gonna pull the cluster to swap out some bulbs so I could just pull those bulbs out, but I thought it would be nice to disable whatever module it is so its not draining power (although it's probably not enough to even care about).
I was also wondering if anyone locks in thier front hubs and just leaves them that way? When I got my truck the ESOF never did work and I found out I was running around with the front hubs engaged for a few thousand miles. When I disengaged them I really didn't notice any difference in driving or mileage. Any harm you think in leaving them locked?
