I am putting a 1994 4.0 into my 1989 BII and I can crank it from the key but, there's no spark or gas. I didn't use the 4.0 engine harness which has a EDIS module on it for spark. I'm not aware that the 2.9 has an EDIS module. I can't find any build guides that mention the EDIS module. Is there a way to wire the EDIS module to the BII harness? Is there something I'm missing or do I have to swap in the whole 4.0 engine bay harness with the harness on the engine? Any knowledge on 4.0 swap wiring is helpful, thanks.
