4.0 sohc, ready for timing parts, what should I pay

I took the motor out, and have it ready for timing parts. I have the tool and all parts, what should I pay to have it put together? I should just do it myself, but I am scared too.
 
You should just do it yourself, it isn't hard to do, it is hard to screw up.

Last time I did one it was 24 hours flat rate time. 10 hours was time to pull the engine. That means 14 hours to install the timing parts. It does't take 14 hours to do that.
