So I've got a single line fule setup with a evap canister hooked up.
I just dropped in the 40 which has 2 fuel lines coming off the motor.

What would ya'll do?

Debating on putting in a older style fuel pump and ditching the evap canister and just run 2 lines?

OK, Evap canister doesn't get ditched and doesn't go inline with the fuel lines.

Best way to do it is find the lines you need in the junk yard.

umm...adding lines insn't an option with the current fuel pump. the pump on the 98s have 2 spouts...1 is to send fuel to the motor, the other line goes directly to the evap. Getting the lines isn't the issue here...Its figuring out how to get 2 lines into the tank like the motor was intended.

Get an older tank and pump.....

Go find a 98+ 4.0l engine and steal the returnless fuel lines (from the frame to the fuel rails) and swap them in.

I feared that's what is going to have to happen...Just wanted to hear it from someone else.

I'm going to boneyard to see what vehicles have what setup. Motor came out of a 96 Xploder o I guess i'll have to start with them.
