351 cleveland into ranger?

Unless you are running a good old style tri-power set-up
Dave

That's what I topped my 331 with back when I had it in the Ranger.:icon_thumby: It's still feeding it now in my 77 Comet.

Only thing better than a Cleveland would be one topped with a tripower from a Pantera.

I wonder one thing.... 351 cleveland's are mainly front sump pans, is there enough room in there to accomidate with out major modding?

not really major modding to make a pan and pick up tube work is it?

Use a rear sump pan for a Fox Stang. Or try one from an early 80's 351M/400 in a pickup

I don't believe a Windsor pan will fit a Cleveland. The pan rail shapes are different.

If a used one cannot be found there are plenty of aftermarket ones. I have no idea which ones clear the Ranger front cross member though.

if your going with any 351 make it a windsor we have one in our farm truck that thing went through apsolute hell and never needed any attention and we ran 33 inch tires and never ran out of power with just a stock 351W
