302 efi swap progress

A while back I started the switch from a 2.9 Ranger to an Explorer motor with a TFS stage 1 cam and EFI. Its been a little time consuming to say the least but really not difficult. Few bumps in the road here and there but figured I would share my modified intake. We were having trouble with everything hitting the heater box and didnt want to run a 94-95 mustang intake and tried installing a 94-95 elbow and that wouldnt clear either and would'nt allow for a fox throttle body. Probably be a little easier if we didnt have to have AC....lol Let me know what you guys think

Sure did, with the intake modified it ended up clearing by about an inch and 1/2

That's excately why in my 91 2wd I turn my plennum 180 degrees and ran my stuff da other way for clearance and made me a bracket to hold mass air flow

That was our original plan also but having all fox mustang parts I didnt see anyway of making the throttle body work without it being upside down. I could have just ran all truck stuff I guess.
