2wd need steps for removing and replacing camber bushings

Need help with my 96 ford ranger 2wd need steps for removing and replacing camber bushings with adjustable camber bushings. How is this done? how do you remove bushing, how do you turn the bushing once installed? etc.
all help would be appretiated. Any sources online for generic camber bushing remove install.
