2005 Ranger 3.0 vacuum leak help

This boot keeps falling off my Ranger 3 liter which creates a major vacuum leak and the truck starts running very rough usually on the interstate (scary). It looks similar to a spark plug boot but has a thin vacuum line that slips into the back of it. It's right next to the throttle position sensor (TPS). The boot appears to be worn and easily slips off. I would like to replace the boot but don't have a clue what it's called so I could order one. The thin vacuum line that comes out of the boot goes to the vacuum reservoir. Has anyone else had this problem before? Any input is appreciated.

Mine had the same problem a few years ago. I just used a black cable tie around the boot to keep the boot from falling off.

Thank ya'll. I've got a wire tie on it for now. I was hoping to replace the boot with a new one but I'm having trouble finding one.

The little Ranger is going to be 20 years old and has 262k miles. I've got a bet it will make 300k. I've changed the oil (Motorcraft 5W20) on it 87 times. The 3.0 vulcan engine doesn't burn a drop of oil , transmission shifts smoothly, a/c works and she looks pretty good cleaned up. I just put new tires on it and drive it daily.
