2004 ranger radio swap

Ok so i got a 2004 ford ranger with the pioneer audiophile system (amp, sub in center console) the factory radio is bad and quite frankly i dont wanna install another factory radio, i found a aftermarket radio i like however the ranger has its own sub plug for the radio and id like to keep the amp and sub working, has anyone upgraded their radio to aftermarket with the audiophile system on their truck and if so does the amp and subwoofer become lost of is there a way to have them work

Have you been to Crutchfield's website? I picked a 2004 tremor 4 door, I figured that was the top of the line truck, and they do have some pieces listed that are supposed to adapt certain features on your truck. I saw a amplifier adapter, and a steering wheel controls adapter. See if they have what you need.

I got that harness new radio installed with the crutchfield plug harness, the center console sub will not sound, radio sub woofer is turned on but not getting a sound, when i connect the sound woofer up i hear it make a sound but thats all it does, it doesn't sound from the music

You bought some stuff from Crutchfield, so they used to be good about helping you over the phone. Haven't dealt with them in awhile though.
