2003 Ranger Pwr Window Relay location

My power windows won't operate, both windows from both doors. The fuses are good. It appears that the next step is to check the power window accessory delay relay (C239) but I can't find it. There is a 2001 ranger wiring diagram in this site and it says the relay is located under the dash around the glove box area. I've lowered the glove box, removed the radio, opened the passenger kick panel, looked all around but can't find this relay. Anyone know where it's located?

Don;t know how old this is but its under the driver side dash near the steering column in a black box (auxillary relay box 1)
