I replaced the water pump on 3.0 Flex engine. Now when I start the truck, it idles rough for less than a minute the idles fine. Any ideas?

Figured it out
Well, I just wanted to let you know after a couple of sleepless nights and banging my head against the wall, I figured out what the issue was. Someone how in moving and disconnecting everything to change the darn water pump, the mass airflow sensor came unplugged. Plugged it back in and viola, it works great again! 152,000 miles and running like a champ again!!
