2002 Ranger drivers window problem

My 02 Ranger’s drivers window stopped going up, just had the click under the dash. I replaced the motor and worked fine for a couple of days, then stopped in the down position again. Decided it was probably the regulator, so I replaced it. Worked great for a couple of weeks then stopped in the up position. I can remove the motor, reinstall it, and it works fine. What seems funny is that when I remove the motor it seems like it’s jammed and when taking it out it relieves the pressure on it (in either the up or down position). The window does rock a bit, front to back, but not to much more than the passenger window. I have lubricated the track and the track seems to be in good shape. Any HELP would be appreciated. :icon_twisted:
