2000 Ranger Custom Tuning?

Who can do custom tuning on a 2000 Ranger 4.0 ohv 4x4 auto? I am looking for some performance tunes along with being able to turn off PATS, so I can run my new computer from ford. I don't want to pay a dealer 250 bucks just to match my new computer to my keys. When for a little more I can get a custom tuner and turn off PATS all together. Please Give me INFO!

I think you have to go to the dealer to get it matched... or otherwise get a non PATS computer...
