I hate to ask a question that has been asked a million times already but I have research for hours and hours now and still not able to find a solution. I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 2wd XLT. All i want is a very small and simple lift in the front. I will not be doing any offroading or mudding just need a slightly higher ride. I know there are some models that you can adjust the torsion bar or have leveling kit. what is available for my Ranger that is cheap? Thanks in advance

coil spacers. you can get 2" coil spacers and still have it align able. you can also find some stock 4x4 or edge blocks for the rear.

Cool Thanks. that was very helpful. I was thinking instead of block im probably going to go longer shackles for the rear. Is there any addition info that i might need with adding coil spacer?

No I think that is it, just have to slip the spacer in above the spring, I think it bolts in so it doesn't go anywhere.

Take it straight to the alignment shop when you're done because raising the ride height is gonna screw up your camber and toe-in.
