Thats interesting, is your truck regular cab? I had both the 132X springs AND coil spacers and I was still within 4* degrees and got aligned fine. Remember, caster doesnt have to be "perfect". While being 4-5* degrees is optimum, you can deviate slightly unlike camber and it wont affect tire wear. The spec is between 2-7* degrees.
It's an extended cab. I think it boils down to the computer couldn't tell them what to set caster to. They told me they could of aligned it like the other shop did but they would've had to do some trial and error. I guess the other shop probably saved some notes on what to set it at.
