Can anyone tell me what year motors will match up with my husbands 3.0 1999 Mazda B 3000? Lost compression in # 1 cylinder. Not enough compression in # 5 cylinder. Have replaced too many parts to say here. Of course will keep all new parts and change to a different motor. Been messing with this truck too long. Can't get the clutch fan to come either, any ideas? I really want my Ranger back, and the only way that will happen is if I get his truck running. At this point, I think dropping another motor in it will be my quickest option. Truck has been down for about a year now. My ranger was hit by a big truck (with me driving) in July of 2014. Had it repaired. Couldn't believe that the insurance company didn't total it since it was 10 years old at the time of the wreck. Before his truck went down, my truck was only averaging 10,000 miles a year. In 5 months since we got her back she had 10,000 miles put on it. I need her back to cut down on the mileage on my truck. Please Help if you can.
