a short caused a bunch of fuses to blow. fixed the fuses now my wipers are stuck on one speed and you cannot shut them off. the only way to shut them off is to pull the fuse. any suggestions would be helpful.

Multifunction switches are notorious on Fords.

see i was figuring it was the switch. but im not looking forward to paying for a new/ pulled one.
