1998-2010 Ranger Fog/Driving Lights

Hello All

I was wondering what is the best replacement (for the Factory ones) Fog/Driving lights to install.

I replaced my front bumper with an Addictive Desert Design Knock-off front bumper.

I cut in a couple "windows" to mount the lights, but I want to use the factory wiring and switch setup. Is there anything special I should do?

These cutouts are approximate on the bumper.

I just did this on my truck...

I didn't cut holes in the bumper face but mounted the lights on my skid plate brackets. I ended up cutting of the factory driving light connector and added a 2 pin weather pack connector then to the light. I still use the factory driving light wiring switch and relay as intended.

That sure looks like an AOR bumper...

The reason I went the way I did... I couldn't seen to find a mating connector for the factory driving lamp harness. Weather pack 2 pin connectors with pig tails are cheap.

I see where they sell the factory connector on ebay for good money. I left enough wire on what I cut from the truck so they had a pigtail and can be spliced in if someone needs a new/used connector.

Thanks Uncle Grump Yeah these 0500 heading to work through the woods has a lot of critters out there. I've hit 3 deer and ran over a dead one in the road with my Mustang GT "Stella" So no more driving her to work on early mornings
