1996 ford ranger 2wd/with V8

what color is the wire to make the tac work?

1996 Ranger 2.3l/3.0l/4.0l used a Tan/Yellow wire from pin 48 on PCM to tachometer.

You would need to post the year of the V8 and computer to get that color.

Also tach for a 4 or 6cyl may not work accurately with V8
Explorer tachs had a 6/8 switch on the back I believe

It has a 1964, 289 installed, tac is working now, Thanks
