My credo
If I can't do it...find someone to teach me
So my MAF sensor gasket fell apart and I can't seem to find a new one anywhere. Am I stuck making my own? Any suggestions on the best material to use. Thanks for any help.

Cereal box? That is my go to source for homemade gasket material.

I have made a few from cardboard but they haven't lasted to long. Maybe the wrong kind of cardboard.

They do sell official gasket material in the store. I don't mind experimenting if it's not a pain to get to, to replace. If it is a pain, then I try to get the correct part.

try the pick and pay yard. By the time you find a couple good ones you will be an experienced MAF tech :D

Get a roll of FelPro gasket material ;)
