1994 ranger, low voltage at fuel pump


Yes, definitely have 2 wires at the FP test port.

I ordered a fresh set (3) of relays just to take that off the table (shuffling around the 24 year old ones). $10 is well worth it.

Good idea to keep a GND on the FP test port...or next time this gets me, put the ground on it then. If it starts, then likely computer or the caps.
