i have a 1993 ford ranger xlt 150,000 miles 4 cylinder 5 speed 2wd and almost everyday after 15mins of driving my check engine light come on but when i get to a auto parts store as soon as i turn it off it wont come back on sometimes it blinks twice then goes away but if i drive it more it will come back. Problem is it idles rough and runs rough. but i cant catch the code ive replaces spark plugs, plug wires, fuel pressure regulator, new exhaust, oil changes, air filter, sending unit and fuel pump, fuel filter, has good fuel pressure. anyone have any ideas?

MAF, IAC, coil, O2.

You should be able to get a memory code for it even if the light is off. My 87 gives me a memory code from the fuel pump circuit every time I pull them because it stalls on it's own at least 2 times a month and I usually manage to stall it once or twice myself just because I'm not paying attention.
