1992 ford ranger Strange vibration

Hey talk I’m gonna post a YouTube link so you could give me thoughts on what this strange vibration is it only happens when I apply a certain amount of weight while sitting with the door open on the front left side my wife simulated the sound with her sitting down and when I pulled on the shock it stopped but I can’t tell if that was it or not first time in a year I get close to pin pointing the noise also happens when driving over bumps vibrates loud

I couldnt make out much from the video.

But if you pulled on the shock and it stopped id be guessing either a shock bushing or one of the bolts have come loose

If I pull the shock Mazwell replace it lol I’ll take it into a shop to see what they think thanks for helping out
