I bought a 1992 Ford ranger 2.3 five speed and it when i start it the starter keep on going until one minute and it is fine when it is warm up it will not do it again until a day or so what could be the issue

Most likely the starter relay on the passenger side fender just behind the battery

Sorry to push in the wrong direction.

The only other possibilities are the ignition switch hanging up (but if manual transmission the clutch switch should interrupt the signal) or the starter itself having issues. If you pull the starter there's the hump on the top side held on with I think 1 or 2 small screws, that covers the lever pushing out on the bendix, if that is hanging up it could cause this issue.
