Found a really nice 91 Ranger 60/40 at salvage yard in a truck I'm trying to get the rear bumper from. During my attempt to get the bumper I took a break and was looking around the truck for extra parts. My 88 Ranger seats are decent but the design sucks BIG TIME. Will 91 seats bolt in to my 88? The brackets look like they will. I do not want any holes in my floor pan that Ford did not put there. I could take the seat out of an 88 at the salvage and drag it over the the 91and take it out and try to compare them but a simple answer from someone would make my busy weekend so much better.

They will fit. Usually an extended cab to extended cab swap is straight forward but sometimes you will need to swap the seat to floor brakets over. Them should bolt right up for ya if you have to.

If for some reason the bolts don't line up, just swap tracks. I did that the other day with buckets from a 93 exploder. 10mm socket and 8 bolts total, I was able to install the buckets on my 60/40 tracks..
