1988 2wd/4wd front spring mount confusion

Hello, quick question for anyone with definitive knowledge. I’m converting a 1988 2WD to 4WD using 1988 donor parts and I have conflicting info specifically on the front spring mounts. I bought new ones because I was told by Ford that they are different part numbers but they look nearly identical. Has anyone else done this conversion and reused the front spring mounts without issue? The only difference I see is a slight change in mounting holes and brake hose location. Thanks!
