08 Ranger audio questions

Hey, I have a 2008 FX4 ranger and Im trying to install a new aftermarket stereo and I'm having a hard time getting answers about specifics regarding connections and the stock stereo.

I noticed that I have 2 connection harnesses one for the cd receiver and the other I think is for the stock amp. But my questions are does anybody know if this model has subs? I don't see any, unless they are small ones located inside the rear passenger side doors, I would think though they're just normal speakers.

If this ranger model does't have any subs, then why would there be an amp? And if theres isn't any subs, do I not need to connect the red and white rc connectors from the wiring harness into the after market stereo rc inputs?

I don't know a whole lot about the wiring on the newer rangers, but that second harness could be your main power harness. I build audio systems for a side job and I've done quite a few where they have 2 harnesses for the radio, one being the main power supply.
