06 ranger disk brake question

Hello, I have an 06 ranger 4dr 5 speed auto 4.0 4x4 and I have a problem with brake dust on my front rims. Is there any brake pads out there that I could use that would work and not throw dust all over my rims. I am sure someone has asked about this before but i could not find any posts. In the summer i keep my truck clean but in the winter not as much and the rims get really dirty.

i run the napa adaptive one pads, no dust at all. the stocks were horrible for that dust.
