'04 Ranger - Wiring harness under passenger seat

Trying to remove my passenger seat tonight and the wiring harness is tripping me up a little. What's the trick to disconnecting this thing? I'd think there would be clips but I'm not seeing any.

Does it have the big lever-latch thing on it?

Does it go through the floor pan? The connector was under my driver seat and disconnects outside underneath...but much has probably changed since 96 since yours is on the passenger side.
