Well, my friend has a 2002 Ranger w/ the 4.0L. Radiator is clean as well as the fluid, no puddles of anti-freeze on the ground or passenger floor, and I can hear the air path switch when you go from cold to hot. Could it still be the heater core? I dont really want to advise him to buy a part unless I am sure that it is what he needs.
